A galley style fully equipped kitchen is situated between the bedroom and the living room has a table and chairs over- looking Florida Bay. A sofa bed and comfortable chair complete the accommodations. Both rooms have flat screen televisions.

For your outdoor dining pleasure, the cottage has a tiki hut with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Sleeps a maximum of four persons.

The newly renovated bedroom area has two queen beds and a flat screen television and is separated from the sitting area by a three quarter partition wall. Lounge in a comfortable chair or on twin size sleeper sofa. For your outdoor dining pleasure there is a pergola with a table, chairs and a charcoal grill. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The en suite bathroom has a shower. Sleeps a maximum of five persons.

The adjoining room 23 can be rented separately to make this a two bedroom unit.
